Kind of amazing that the people whose orders made this possible never faced any legal consequences for it.
ReplyDeleteIndeed. The reckless and unwarranted use of force there was just stupefying. Nothing in Weaver's situation required the kind of "standoff" that occurred. The man responsible for the "shoot to kill" (or "summary execution") rules of engagement went on to become the Deputy Director of the FBI, IIR,
