The Role of Health Care Organizations in Determining Your Future

I'm 64, soon to be 65, and have been flooded with provider brochures wanting me to choose THEIR company for my Medicare sign-up.  As I only need Part A, which comes at no cost to me (I refuse to say FREE, as it is not), I trashed a bunch yesterday.

This got me thinking about how Health Care Organizations affect everyone's life, by the forced choices people make when the alternative is to pay for care themselves.
