Carly Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard chief, told a crowd at the Conservative Political Action Conference last month that Mrs. Clinton “tweets about women’s rights in this country and takes money from governments that deny women the most basic human rights.”[1]Ms. Fiorina did more on one day as CEO of HP than Hillary "What Difference Does it Make?" Clinton did in her professional career. Ok, that's a slight exaggeration. Make that a week as CEO of HP.
